When will I receive my order

After you have made your purchase items are dispatched and delivered between 2 and 5 working days but more often than not between 2 and 3 days.

This does not apply to the following. Our clothing range which takes 5 to 7 working days.

Jewellery,Bags and accessories which can take 2 to 3 weeks as these are shipped direct from overseas.

Please see each individual item for shipping times. If no shipping time is on the listing then it is standard 2 to 5 working days.

Where do you ship from

With the exception of Jewllery, Bags and accessories (which ship from overseas) all our items ship from within the UK.

Can i amend my order

We will do our best. Providing the item has not been dispatched then its certainly a possibility.

Can I return my order

An incorrect item has been received

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within 1 week from the dispatch date via our email address on the contact section above

Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

The customer has not received their order

If you have not received your order please contact our Customer Care Department via our email in the contact section above.

You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days. We will cover the delivery cost. Delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times. The item(s) will need to be returned to us in their original condition, with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outer packaging.

Due to the nature of the following goods, refunds or returns will not be issued on:

Jewellery

Handbags

Clothing - t shirts, hoodies etc

My order is damaged. What are my options

An item(s) has arrived damaged

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us 1 week from the dispatch date via email in the contact section above.

Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund. 

Will I receive my Items by Christmas

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Order by : 10 - 11 December Delivered by: 17 December

Order by: 12 - 13 December Delivered by: 20 December

Order by: 14 - 15 December Delivery by: 21 December 2022

Last order day for clothing delivery is 9-10 December

Last order day for jewellery, bags and accessories is 30 November.

What are your shipping rates

Shipping rates are as follows

Orders up to £50 = 3.99

Orders over £50 to £100 = 2.99

Orders over £100 = Free UK Delivery
